このたび、フィリピン・セブ島に新たなカスタマーサポートチームを立ち上げ、日本円ステーブルコインをはじめとするブロックチェーン関連サービス全般のユーザーサポートを担当していただける方を募集しています。
ステーブルコインは、日本と世界をつなぐブロックチェーン時代の新しい通貨インフラ。
あなたには、その“顔”として、ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応をお任せします。

| 仕事内容 |
主な業務内容 日本語での問い合わせ対応（メール・LiveChat・オンライン面談など） 初期はメール対応を中心に、一日5〜10件程度を目安 次のステップとしてLiveChat対応・オンライン面談を担当（1回15分〜最長1時間ほど） 一人ひとりのお客様に寄り添ったサポート LINE公式アカウントの運用 問い合わせが少ない時間帯には、こちらからのメール・Twitter（X）などを使った案内・営業活動 対応履歴の入力、レポート提出 ※英語力は不要。すべて日本語で対応します。 |
