| 仕事内容 |
As all the internal communication will be in English, fluency in English for written and spoken is essential. With the direction from the Director of Sales & Marketing, the person will be in charge for Japanese market (corporate mainly and travel agents) not only for guest rooms but also for banquet, F&B and anything about the hotel. The objective is to gain the clients in the market and achieve the monthly and yearly target. Humbleness and ability to work as a team are the must. The person is required to dedicate much of his/her time to attend and entertain guests & clients, and welcome VIPs. The person is also required to work whenever required, regardless to working hour when necessary. No overtime pay for the position. It is a must to keep it in the mind that the person is representing the hotel whenever it is regardless to the occasion. The person must carry him-/her-self in such manner that does not damage the hotel name or image. Translations for information materials in the hotel is also one of the responsibilities. |
